Early Morning Bootcamp
Regular M-W-F Boot Camp will host a Soul Core session every First Friday from 6-7 am. STL Review published an article on Soul Core, Prayer Through Exercise, on August 13, 2018 (see link). 'Soul Core' incorporates Rosary into exercise routines. Katie Meyer offers the class at St. Catherine's on Thursdays at 5pm and OLP on First Fridays of the month at 6am.
Class meets in the gym. Bring an exercise mat and light (2-5lb) weights, if you have them. Sessions are free; donation proceeds to Our Little Haven are accepted. Class begin promptly at 6am. Men and women welcome.
