This is the adult organization which is responsible for coordinating the CYC youth sports program, with our Catholic values, within the parish. These sports include soccer, volleyball, basketball, softball, track, Lacrosse, and, in addition, the CYC offers golf, chess, and track which can be joined through other parishes. Questsions regarding golf, chess, and track can be directed to President, Dan Simpson at danielsimpson@hotmail.com. The YAA oversees all the requirements of these athletic activities, including registration and training of Coaches and Referees, preparation and maintenance of the athletic field, gym, and concession stands. The YAA also supports extra-curricular youth activities such as the Bellarmine Speech program and the Boy/Girl Scouting programs. It is always eager to welcome new members as well as any who wish to share their time and talent in coaching any of the sports listed. Meetings are on the second Thursday of each month at 7:30 pm.
